EASTER EGG SCRAMBLE
The Edina Chamber of Commerce and Edinborough Park will host the 2011 Easter
Egg Scramble for toddlers and preschoolers Saturday, April 9, at the indoor
park.
Children ages 2 to 5 will line up around the basketball court in the Great Hall
of Edinborough Park, 7700 York Ave. S. When the Easter Bunny blows the whistle,
the children will race to collect the colorful candy-filled eggs laid out on the
floor of basketball court. Scrambles will be held at 9 and 9:30 a.m. The
Easter Bunny will be available before each scramble to meet
with children and their families. Photos are encouraged, so participants of this
“Connecting With Kids” event should bring cameras in addition to their Easter
baskets.
Each scramble is limited to 75 children, so the park doors will open early and
tickets sold on a first come, first served basis. Advance tickets are not
available. Cost is $8 per child, which includes the regular daily admission to
Adventure Peak and the Playpark. Adults are free. After the scramble, stay and
play!
