Building Rentals

Overlooking a sparkling 10-acre lake, the Park Centrum Building is perfect for receptions, parties, meetings and events for up to 120 guests. With its cozy fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, lakeside patio, free parking and convenient location, the Centennial Lakes Park Centrum is a welcome respite from the traditional banquet facility.

Whether it's before, during or after your event, your guests are sure to enjoy all of the amenities that Centennial Lakes has to offer, from the formal gardens, swinging benches, walking trails and seating areas to the unique recreational opportunities such as championship putting, lawn bowling and croquet.

The Parlor Room holds up to 72 people seated at 60-inch round tables. The Fireside Room has seating for up to 40 at 60-inch round tables. These rooms may be combined by removing the sliding wall that separates them. On Friday and Saturday, the rooms will be opened to accommodate up to 120 guests seated at 60-inch round tables, plus private use of the lakeside patio.

Wedding in the Amphitheater Any licensed caterer may provide food for an event with plated meals, buffet or drop-off service. Your caterer will typically provide linens and dinnerware. To help you in your search for a caterer, we provide a recommended caterer list—a list of caterers that have successfully catered at least five events at Centennial Lakes during the past two years. The list is available from the menu on the left.

Centennial Lakes Park has contracted with Complete Beverage Service to provide all alcoholic beverages at events in the Centrum. Package prices include ample amounts of beer, wine, sodas and mineral waters, plus uniformed bartender. Contact Complete Beverage at 1-800-550-7750 for more information. Cash bars and hard liquor are not permitted in the park.

The Centennial Lakes Amphitheater is a popular location for outdoor wedding ceremonies. Trees, shrubs and flowers, adding to the romance of your special occasion, surround this beautiful lakeside venue.

Monday through Thursday
Fireside or Parlor room for up to 4 hours	$250
Each additional hour	$25
The Parlor Room will hold up to 72 people seated at 60-inch round tables. The Fireside Room can seat up to 40 people at 60-inch rounds. These rooms may be rented separately or, if you prefer, combined to accommodate larger functions. Both rooms overlook the lake with a full wall of windows.

Friday and Saturday
Full room rental for up to 6 hours	$1,095
On Friday and Saturday, our rooms will be opened up to accommodate up to 120 guests seated at 60-inch rounds, plus private use of our lakeside patio area.

Sunday
Fireside or Parlor room for up to 4 hours	$375

Pricing includes the room rental plus the set-up and tear-down of all tables and chairs.
