Noise
Excessive noise can be a health hazard and is not allowed under Edina City
Code. In accordance with the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Air Quality Division Regulations,
restrictions are in place on vehicle engines, mechanical sound devices,
alarm systems, advertising noises, loudspeakers and other noise that
disturbs the peace at all times of the day. Reference the City Code for
